As part of our mandate to create empathetic and innovative products and services, Interaction Designers conceptualize solutions at the intersection of user needs, design and technology. Building on the insights & opportunities that emerge from primary user research, the Interaction Designer owns the conceptualization and design of User Experiences that best utilize digital and related technologies to fulfil the user needs. This includes collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the design research process, identifying opportunities for technology to solve user needs, designing and prototyping user experiences, and effectively transitioning the detailed design into technology implementation & development.
